Refund Policy

Our company is dedicated to provide 100% customer satisfaction. If, at any time, you are unsatisfied with our service or product, you may contact our Customer Support team to resolve the issue. We will do our best to remedy the situation and assist you with any concern you may be having.

If a technical issue cannot be resolved, we will gladly provide a full refund within 7 days of any card purchase if the PIN is unused. In addition, we will only issue a refund if you have not used the calling card and the problem is brought to our notice within 24 hours upon purchase.

Furthermore,if payment is taken and no PIN details are allocated, it is the customer’s responsibility to inform usby contacting the Customer Service team. Upon confirmation that there was indeed an error, the PIN and access details will be delivered to the customer immediately.
